Informal Computer Staff Survey

Hi everyone,

Could you take some time and answer any or all of these questions for me? To respond, just add a comment and the Blogger brings up a form for you to fill in. You can comment anonymously and just identify yourself in your message. Thanks.

Questions:
1. If you have ever pondered the value of having a web page for school, what elements would be important to you: a) showing student activities and/or work; b) having written information and instructions available for students (and parents) on your assignments and class activities; c) professional resources and information for your use and other teachers; d) something else (specify).

2. For your teaching, how do you think the computers might be best used by your students? What I mean is, if there is one thing that your subject covers that can be best served by using computers, what is it? And, what would it take for this to happen (better)?

3. As we move to more electronic communications, describe your level of use of email: a) daily or hourly; b) less than daily, about once a week; c) only when absolutely necessary.

4. If there was one thing you find annoying or difficult about computer technology in general, and/or in the school, what would it be?

Thanks.
G.B.
