I've often considered myself to be a dabbler in websites. Today for example, I have spoken with my barber about setting him up a web site for his business. He gave me a photograph to scan and use. What does a barber put on his web pages? Interesting question.
I've maintained our school website now for about three years, and I've designed my own from scratched, and re-designed it as well a few times.
Bottom line: people have to have a good reason to view your web page, or they won't! Just like they probably won't read this one.
